GDPR/ privacy/ general information

Right now it's all fairly simple, one person to contact for all data control, I only use your contact information in relation to services/ prize entries/ or if you've been in touch for more information. 
I don't share information with anyone outside the company and will not unless required to do so for tax purposes, or by the legal bodies within the Uk.
Your images will be available via a password protected online viewing system.

You are granted all the rights expected under gdpr such as the right to request copies of any information held on you, request any information be deleted- though that would also remove any backup images held so do make sure you have backed up any products purchased before you do that one! 
I'll aim to keep images and thus some form of contact details in brief as long as possible, however only guarantee storage for 3 months from the date of the shoot. 

I get your information from you- when you inquire, or contact me, I don't do cold calling. 
I only use it to provide contact related to the services I provide that you have requested or expressed an interest in. 

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact Helen at
handrewsphotography@gmail.com who will investigate the matter.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
